Geographic Eligibility

Single Account Policy
Each individual may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, household, or device, gd55 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any earned bonuses or winnings.

To open an account on gd55, you must provide accurate and complete personal information. Providing false information may result in your account being suspended or closed at any time.
Password & Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify the gd55 support team immediately. gd55 will not be responsible for any loss resulting from third-party use.
Identity Verification
gd55 may request a national ID or other documents for identity verification at any time. Withdrawal processing may be placed on hold until verification is complete. This is a mandatory step for user protection and fraud prevention.
Section 4 — Deposits & Withdrawals
The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.

Withdrawal Process
gd55 generally processes withdrawal requests within 1 hour. There must be sufficient verified funds in the account for withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed in cases of incomplete identity verification or any security review.
Fraudulent Transactions
If evidence of fraud, money laundering, or suspicious activity is found in deposits or withdrawals, gd55 reserves the right to immediately close the associated account and notify the relevant authorities. In such cases, all funds in the account may be frozen.
Section 5 — Bonuses & Promotional Offers
Welcome Bonus: 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳15,000. Wagering requirement: 10 times the bonus amount.
Welcome Bonus Terms
gd55's welcome bonus applies at 150% on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example:
- Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,500 bonus → total ৳2,500
- Deposit ৳22,000 → ৳15,000 bonus (maximum cap) → total ৳37,000
The bonus applies only once and to one account per person.
Wagering Requirements
Before withdrawing bonus funds, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only — not the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 10 = a total of ৳15,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus funds.
VIP & Ongoing Promotions
gd55's VIP program has four tiers, each offering a weekly cashback benefit:
- Bronze — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
- Silver — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
- Gold — up to 1.1% weekly cashback
- Platinum — up to 1.5% weekly cashback
VIP tier advancement is determined based on player activity and participation. Each promotional offer may have its own specific terms and these apply separately.
Bonus Abuse
If bonus abuse or an attempt to take advantage of bonuses through fraudulent methods is detected, gd55 reserves the right to cancel all bonuses and close the account. This includes: multiple accounts by the same person, coordinated betting strategies, and other dishonest methods.
Section 6 — Prohibited Activities
List of Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on gd55:
- Obtaining bonuses or promotional benefits through fraudulent means
- Participating in games through software, bots, or any automated method
- Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account
- Exploiting technical errors or vulnerabilities in the platform
- Money laundering or illegal financial activities
- Threatening or harassing other users or staff of the platform
- Operating an account under the identity of a third party
If any of these prohibitions are violated, gd55 reserves the right to close the account without notice.
Section 7 — Responsible Gaming

If an abnormal winning amount is displayed due to a technical error, gd55 is not obligated to pay that amount. In such cases, gd55 reserves the right to review the relevant transaction and cancel it if necessary.
